Mountable shaft collars with face holes are designed to mate directly with components such as sprockets, pulleys, and metallic plates. Ruland manufactures them with drilled holes for mounting flexibility or threaded holes for the most secure connection between the collar and mated component. They are offered in steel, aluminum, and 303 stainless steel in bore sizes ranging from 3/8” to 2” and 10mm to 50mm.

This adjustable sensor mounting system is designed to mount round sensors with outer diameters up to 30mm. Starting from the bottom up, the parts that make up this system are: a two-way mounting base, a round tube with a tube cap, an adjustable two-way connector, another round tube with tube caps, a bracket clamp, and the sensor bracket. A couple of add-on pieces are available to make the system more portable and easier to adjust. A portable magnetic base can be added to enable users to quickly move the system to different locations without tools. A clamping lever kit can also be added, allowing users to adjust the height of the system by sliding the connectors along the round tube. Tubes with scales are available for precise adjusting of the system. The adjustable two-way connector can be twisted to adjust the angular positioning of the sensor as needed. All of these parts combine to make a highly customizable system that is easy to assemble, install, move, and adjust.
