Declaration of Conformity to California Proposition 65
This document is intended to declare to Ruland Manufacturing Customers that some items produced and sold by Ruland Manufacturing Inc, Co. contain substances which are listed on California’s Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.
This Act, commonly known as Proposition 65 (Prop 65), establishes a list of chemicals which the state of California’s risk assessment process has determined to present a risk of cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Ruland Manufacturing Inc, Co. continues to monitor Proposition 65, REACH and RoHS requirements for newly listed substances and compare these substances with raw materials in our products. Any changes to the status of Ruland Manufacturing’s compliance to Proposition 65 will be communicated to our Customers.
