Torque Wrenches

Torque wrenches are used to precisely install hardware to a preset torque. They simplify installation, prevent over torquing, and maximize performance in installations where joint tension is critical to component performance, such as a shaft collar or coupling. Operators will either set the wrench to the desired torque or purchase them with a preset torque from Ruland. This ensures proper torque for the application is being applied during hardware installation. We have a large selection of hex sockets and bits to pair with all of our torque wrenches.

All Ruland torque wrenches are manufactured by Seekonk Precision Tools in Massachusetts with a proprietary internal mechanism that ensures hardware can not be over torqued. They come standard with NIST traceable certifications and are made in accordance with Federal Specification MIL-STD-45662A.
