This section will allow you to select hubs to be used individually or as part of an assembly. Single insert controlflex hubs have high misalignment capabilities and fit in space restricted applications. They are manufactured in regular lengths for industry standard conformity and thin lengths for compact installations. Hubs are manufactured from lightweight aluminum and have a balanced design allowing for better performance at speeds up to 25,000 RPM.

They are manufactured in regular lengths for industry standard conformity and thin lengths for compact installations. Hubs are manufactured from lightweight aluminum and have a balanced design allowing for better performance at speeds up to 25,000 RPM.
This section will allow you to select controlflex inserts to be used individually or as part of an assembly. The unique design of the insert allows them to remain rigid while flexing under misalignment conditions. Controlflex inserts have low restoring forces and help protective sensitive system components such as bearings in encoder type applications. They come standard with a center hole allowing shafts to be penetrated through the center if the application requires it. Controlflex inserts are manufactured from acetal and are designed as the wear element making replacement simple and cost effective.
This section will allow you to select the components to create a complete coupling. Please note that all orders ship unassembled. When you are ordering or downloading CAD all components are individual. They must be specified on any purchase order with a minimum of two part numbers. The combinations listed are a complete offering combining all available hubs and spiders.
