- Collarínes de Eje con Manija de Sujeción
Este set Ruland combina un collarín de eje de una o dos piezas con una palanca de sujeción para hacer un collarín de eje de liberación rápida. Acoplamientos de HendiduraRuland ofrece dos estilos de acoplamiento de hendidura. La serie RL cuenta con un cuerpo más largo que permite una mayor rigidez torsional y alojamiento de desalineación. La serie RS tiene un cuerpo más corto para aumentar la velocidad y un mejor ajuste en instalaciones compactas. Los acoplamientos de hendidura están disponibles con abrazadera o tornillos de fijación. Ruland LA30-1/4X20-ZS is an adjustable clamping handle with a 30mm handle, 1/4X20 tapped hole, 10mm insert diameter, and 31mm overall height. The stainless steel inserts combined with a zinc die-cast handle allow for use in corrisve applications where durability is required. LA30-1/4X20-ZS has a textured finish on the handle making it easy for the user to grip in environments with water, coolant, chemicals, or other liquids. It is commonly found in packaging, printing, food processing, and manufacturing systems where conveyor rails, sensors, screens, and other components require frequent adjustments without the use of tools. The adjustable feature of this handle allows it to be used in confined spaces with limited hand access or where 360 degree rotation is not possible. Serrations connect the insert to the handle for easy disengagement. The user pulls the handle upwards by hand to disengage the serrations allowing it to be swiveled to the desired clamping position. Serrations automatically re-engage once the user releases the handle locking it in-place. A 1/4X20 tapped hole is designed to mate with an equivalently sized threaded stud or rod for a quick installation. LA30-1/4X20-ZS is black to seamlessly integrate with the aesthetics of most equipment. It is manufactured by Otto Ganter, stocked by Ruland, and RoHS3 and REACH compliant.
