Doppelgelenk Lamellenkupplung
Ruland Doppelgelenk Lamellenkupplungen bestehen aus zwei Naben aus eloxiertem Aluminium, zwei Edelstahl-Lamellenfedern und einem mittleren Abstandhalter. Diese Konstruktion ermöglicht, dass sich die Sätze der Tellerfedern unabhängig voneinander biegen, um alle Formen der Fehlausrichtung, auch parallel, aufzunehmen. Zentralstücke sind aus eloxiertem Aluminium oder Acetal zur elektrischen Isolierung erhältlich. Ruland Lamellenkupplungen sind spielfrei und haben ein gewuchtetes Design für reduzierte Vibrationen bei Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 10.000 U / min. Sie sind einfach zu montieren mit wenigen beweglichen Teilen, wodurch das Risiko von Spiel und vorzeitigem Ausfall verringert wird.
