- Collarínes de Eje con Manija de Sujeción
Este set Ruland combina un collarín de eje de una o dos piezas con una palanca de sujeción para hacer un collarín de eje de liberación rápida. Acoplamientos de HendiduraRuland ofrece dos estilos de acoplamiento de hendidura. La serie RL cuenta con un cuerpo más largo que permite una mayor rigidez torsional y alojamiento de desalineación. La serie RS tiene un cuerpo más corto para aumentar la velocidad y un mejor ajuste en instalaciones compactas. Los acoplamientos de hendidura están disponibles con abrazadera o tornillos de fijación. Ruland SPK-47-SS is a two-piece shaft collar with a 2 15/16" bore, 3/4" keyway, 4 1/4" OD, and 0.875" width. The clamp style design does not mar the shaft, is easy to remove, and is indefinitely adjustable. SPK-47-SS is commonly used for guiding, spacing, stopping, mounting, and component alignment. Equipment manufacturers benefit from the tightly controlled face to bore perpendicularity (TIR of ≤ .002"). Perpendicularity is critical for alignment when the shaft collar is used as a load bearing face, mechanical stop, or for mounting components such as gears or bearings. Proprietary processes have been developed by Ruland to maintain superior fit, finish, and holding power. SPK-46-SS is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. Halves are mated throughout the manufacturing process for proper fit and alignment. Forged screws test beyond ANSI standards to ensure maximum holding power. SPK-47-SS is machined from solid bar stock to a fine burr free finish and sourced exclusively from North American mills. Ruland uses 303 stainless steel with hardware of like material for consistent corrosion resistance. Stainless steel hardware undergoes a proprietary surface treatment process to prevent galling. It is RoHS3 and REACH compliant and manufactured in our Marlborough, MA factory under strict controls using proprietary processes.

- Use the SPK-47-SS two-piece shaft collar as it is received.
- Wipe the bore clean.
- Apply a thin coat of light oil to the shaft.
- Place the collar onto the desired shaft location with the groove side as the work surface. Tighten the collar using a 5/16 in hex wrench until a slight resistance is felt.
- Be sure to maintain the gap of 0.125 in between the two halves of the collar during installation.
- Wring collar into its final position and tighten the screw to the full recommended seating torque of 345 lb-in using a 5/16 in torque wrench.
