- Collarínes de Eje con Manija de Sujeción
Este set Ruland combina un collarín de eje de una o dos piezas con una palanca de sujeción para hacer un collarín de eje de liberación rápida. Acoplamientos de HendiduraRuland ofrece dos estilos de acoplamiento de hendidura. La serie RL cuenta con un cuerpo más largo que permite una mayor rigidez torsional y alojamiento de desalineación. La serie RS tiene un cuerpo más corto para aumentar la velocidad y un mejor ajuste en instalaciones compactas. Los acoplamientos de hendidura están disponibles con abrazadera o tornillos de fijación. Los de tornillo de fijación ofrecen mayores capacidades de RPM (hasta 700,000 RPM) y tamaños de micro-agujero a partir de 1,5 mm. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Ruland SC-35-SS is a set screw shaft collar with a 2.1875" bore, 3 1/4" OD, and 0.938" width. It is commonly used for guiding, spacing, stopping, and component alignment in light duty applications where the collar is infrequently repositioned or removed. Holding power is derived from the screw as it is tightened onto the shaft. In order for the collar to obtain maximum holding power the shaft must be softer than the material of the screw. Proprietary processes have been developed by Ruland to maintain superior fit, finish, and holding power. SC-35-SS is stamped with the Ruland name and bore size for ease of identification. The forged screw tests beyond ANSI standards to ensure maximum holding power. The use of forged stainless steel hardware has the additional benefit of work hardening resulting in stainless steel with elevated hardness and performance. SC-35-SS is manufactured from solid bar stock sourced from select North American mills and machined to a fine burr free finish. Ruland uses 303 stainless steel with hardware of like material for consistent corrosion resistance. SC-35-SS is RoHS3 and REACH compliant and manufactured in our Marlborough, MA factory under strict controls using proprietary processes.

- Use the SC-35-SS set screw shaft collar as it is received.
- Wipe the bore clean.
- Apply a thin coat of light oil to the shaft.
- Place the collar onto the desired shaft location and tighten it using a 1/4 in hex wrench until a slight resistance is felt.
- Wring collar into its final position and tighten the screw to the full recommended seating torque of 500 lb-in using a 1/4 in torque wrench.
