- Collarínes de Eje con Manija de Sujeción
Este set Ruland combina un collarín de eje de una o dos piezas con una palanca de sujeción para hacer un collarín de eje de liberación rápida. El perno de rosca en la palanca de sujeción ajustable se utiliza en lugar de tornillo estándar para collarín. La palanca de sujeción se compone de una manija cincada fundida a presión de color negro o naranja y un perno de rosca de acero inoxidable 303.

Acoplamientos de HendiduraRuland ofrece dos estilos de acoplamiento de hendidura. La serie RL cuenta con un cuerpo más largo que permite una mayor rigidez torsional y alojamiento de desalineación. La serie RS tiene un cuerpo más corto para aumentar la velocidad y un mejor ajuste en instalaciones compactas. Los acoplamientos de hendidura están disponibles con abrazadera o tornillos de fijación. Los de tornillo de fijación ofrecen mayores capacidades de RPM (hasta 700,000 RPM) y tamaños de micro-agujero a partir de 1,5 mm. Ruland CPFRG35/56-AT is a Controlflex coupling insert designed to fit hubs that have an OD of 2.205" / 56.0mm. It is a component in a three- or four-piece design consisting of two aluminum hubs mounted by pins to one or two acetal inserts creating a lightweight low inertia coupling capable of speeds up to 10,000 RPM. This multi-piece design allows for a highly customizable coupling that easily combines clamp hubs with inch, metric, keyed, and keyless bores. Controlflex couplings have a balanced design for reduced vibrations at high speeds, can accommodate all forms of misalignment, and are an excellent fit for encoders, tachometers, and light duty stepper servo positioning applications. Hardware is metric and tests beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards for maximum torque capabilities. CPFRG35/56-AT is RoHS3 and REACH compliant.

- Align the bores of the controlflex coupling hubs on the shafts that are to be joined and determine if the misalignment parameters are within the limits of the coupling. (Select Hub for misalignment parameters.)
- Rotate the hubs on the shaft so the drive pins are 90° from each other.
- Place one hub at the end of the shaft. Tighten the clamp screw to the recommended seating torque.
- Place an insert(s) with the standoffs facing the hub over the pins of the hub that was just installed.
- Align the drive pins on the second hub to match the holes in the insert(s).
