    PRODUKTSPEZIFIKATIONEN

    Ruland M-IPL-7-M12X1.5-F is a mini steel indexing plunger with a plastic knob and lock-out. It has a 7mm pin diameter, 7mm pin length, M12x1.5 thread, 10mm tapped thread length, 28mm knob diameter, 23.5mm knob height, and 40.5mm overall length. The small size compared to standard indexing plungers allows M-IPL-7-M12X1.5-F to be used in compact installations with space restrictions. This indexing plunger is commonly used for height adjustments, rotational or swivel limits, and as a quick way to detach a movable component from a stationary one. It is found in light duty applications where frequent repositioning is required. To operate, the user simply retracts the knob pulling the pin into the body of the plunger allowing a previously fixed component to be moved. The lockout feature of M-IPL-7-M12X1.5-F allows the user to turn the knob 90 degrees once the pin has been retracted to lock the pin in-place until the component is in the desired location. While locked out, a notch in the plunger holds the knob in place preventing it from slipping into the unlocked position due to system vibration or a user accidentally bumping the knob. Once the desired location is reached, the user turns the knob 90 degrees to reactivate the locking mechanism to fix the component in-place. M-IPL-7-M12X1.5-F is manufactured by Otto Ganter, stocked by Ruland, and RoHS3 compliant.
