    PRODUKTSPEZIFIKATIONEN

    Ruland CPFRG12/19-AT ist ein Controlflex-Kupplungseinsatz, der für Naben mit AD von 0.748 zoll / 19.0mm außendurchmesser ausgelegt ist. Es handelt sich um eine Komponente in drei- oder vierteiliger Ausführung, die aus zwei Aluminiumnaben besteht, die mit Stiften an einem oder zwei Acetaleinsätzen befestigt sind. Dadurch entsteht eine leichte Kupplung mit geringer Trägheit, die Geschwindigkeiten von bis zu 25.000 U / min ermöglicht. Dieses mehrteilige Design ermöglicht eine hochgradig anpassbare Kupplung, die das einfache Kombinieren von Klemmnaben mit zölligen- oder metrischen Bohrungen mit und ohne Paßfedernut erlaubt. Controlflex-Kupplungen haben ein gewuchtetes Design für reduzierte Vibrationen bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten, können alle Arten von Ausrichtungsfehlern kompensieren und eignen sich hervorragend für Encoder, Tachometer und leichte Servo-Positionieranwendungen. Alle Schrauben sind metrisch und entsprechen DIN 912 12.9 für maximale Drehmomente. CPFRG12/19-AT ist RoHS3 and REACH konform.

    Installationsanleitung

    1. Align the bores of the controlflex coupling hubs on the shafts that are to be joined and determine if the misalignment parameters are within the limits of the coupling. (Select Hub for misalignment parameters)
    2. Rotate the hubs on the shaft so the drive pins are 90 deg from each other.
    3. Place one hub at the end of the shaft. Tighten the clamp screw to the recommended seating torque.
    4. Place an insert(s) with the standoffs facing the hub over the pins of the hub that was just installed.
    5. Align the drive pins on the second hub to match the holes in the insert(s).
