Dear Valued Ruland Customer,

Ruland Manufacturing has been reviewing the EU Directive which concerns the use of certain dangerous materials in electrical and electronic devices. Specifically, guidelines 2002/95/EC and 2002/96/EC. After review, it has been confirmed that all Ruland products (with the exception of the ones listed below) are RoHS compliant, with any restricted materials within accepted levels, per the RoHS directive ANNEX.

The following items are currently NOT RoHS compliant –

• Zinc yellow chromate finished shaft collars (Our product numbers ending with – FZ).
• Product contains hexavalent chrome, which is banned.

We are currently working on a solution for these products to become RoHS compliant. When a solution is discovered, you will be notified of the change in the status.
